Before each use, trim the wick to about ¼ inch. This keeps the flame steady, reduces smoke, and extends your candle’s life.
What’s the best way to extinguish the flame?
Gently use a snuffer or dip the wick into the melted wax, then straighten it again. Blowing can cause smoke or uneven burning.
How can I make my candle scent last longer?
Burn your candle in shorter sessions (2–4 hours), avoid drafts, and keep the lid on when not in use to preserve the fragrance.
Can I reuse the candle jar?
Absolutely. Once your candle is finished, clean out any leftover wax with warm water and reuse the jar for storage or decoration.
How should I store my candles?
Store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep it upright and covered when not in use to preserve its scent and beauty.
Candle Melts
How do I use candle melts?
Place 1–2 melts in your warmer dish and let the gentle heat release the fragrance. You can adjust the amount based on room size and scent strength.
How long do they last?
Each melt can release fragrance for 6–10 hours, depending on the warmer and scent.
Can I mix different melts?
Yes — feel free to blend scents to create your own mood, just make sure not to overfill the dish.
What should I do with leftover wax?
Once the scent fades, let the wax cool, pop it out gently, and dispose of it responsibly.
Diffuser
How do I use car diffuser?
Gently twist off the wooden cap, remove the inner seal, and tighten the cap again. Flip the bottle for 2 seconds to let the wood absorb the scent, then hang and enjoy.
How long do they last?
Each car diffuser lasts about 1–2 months, while room diffusers last around 3 months — depending on the climate and airflow in your space. .
What should I avoid when using the diffuser?
Avoid placing it directly under sunlight or on hot surfaces, as heat may cause faster evaporation or oil leakage.
The scent feels lighter after a while — is that normal?
Yes. The fragrance naturally softens as it blends with air and temperature changes. You can gently shake or tilt the bottle for a few seconds to refresh the scent through the wooden cap.
Cement Décor
Are the cement pieces waterproof?
Cement is naturally porous, so it can handle a little moisture, but please avoid submerging it in water or leaving it outside in the rain for long periods.
For some pieces, I apply a coat of organic waterproofing finish to help them last longer and stay beautiful.
How should I clean them?
Gently wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or scrubbing to maintain the natural finish.
Will the color or texture vary?
Yes — each piece is handcrafted, so small variations in color, air bubbles, or texture are part of its unique charm.
Can I use them as candle holders?
Yes, but always place them on a heat-safe surface and never leave a burning candle unattended.
Returns & Refunds policy
We hope every MOSA handcrafted piece brings you joy. If you have any issues with your order, please refer to the following policy:
Return Window
Please submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns requested after this period may not be accepted and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Product Condition
Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
Personalized or custom-made items (engraving, custom scents, special sizes, etc.) cannot be returned.
Fragrance products, including candles, room sprays, perfumes, and similar items, cannot be returned once opened or if the seal is broken, for hygiene and quality reasons.
To help with this, MOSA products are sealed or shrink-wrapped, and we recommend customers check the seal before opening.
Once the seal is broken, it is considered used, and we cannot accept a return.
Gifts
If a product was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the returned item. Once we receive it, we’ll send you a gift certificate for the same value.
If the product wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, any refund will be sent directly to the gift giver.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will offer a replacement or refund or store credit.
Shipping Costs & Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your item is returned safely.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15–30 business days.
Last…If a fragrance isn’t right for you
I know everyone’s scent preferences are different. Because fragrance products are used once opened, we cannot accept returns. However, if you find a scent really doesn’t work for you, please reach out. I’m happy to discuss with you and offer a discount on a different scent or a store credit, so you can still enjoy MOSA products without the hassle or cost of returning the item. My goal is for every customer to have a truly enjoyable fragrance experience.
